The seventh album from Germany's Equilibrium, a band that has built a world of its own by fusing melodic death metal with traditional folk. Nuclear Blast released it on 28 November 2025, their first full studio album in roughly six years since 2019's Renegades. The folk-leaning melody that has always been their signature is intact, while the modern elements of recent records are pushed further. Each album continues their musical searching, yet the idea at the core — music that brings people together — holds steady, drawing on elements from many cultures to produce a lift that travels. "I'll Be Thunder" led the way, its video turning heads with a sharp, dark-butoh performance, and "Borrowed Waters", featuring American singer Roniit, moved in the opposite direction into something beautiful and entrancing.
